After studying HBO nursing, Sanne Stuiver worked as a nurse in the on-call pool at Martini Hospital. During her training, she was introduced to cardiology in the student pool at UMCG as a ward assistant and also did home visits for CardioResearch. Since 2020, she has held various roles at CardioResearch and started working as a Research Nurse on cardiac catherisation in 2022. She started with the inclusion of the PIONEER IV study and now also performs work for other studies conducted by Dr Joanna Wykrzykowska.

In addition to her work for CardioResearch, she is doing a (pre-)master’s degree in Health Sciences at the Open University.
