A feasibility study to assess the safety and performance of the Harmony Aortic Stimulation System (HASS) as a therapy in NYHA II-III heart failure patients. The main objective is to evaluate the safety and performance of the Harmony System in treatment of heart failure subjects, 6 months post treatment activation
